Students from the University of Waterloo prepare a curated list of events and showcases for Waterloo Tech Week 2026. Artificial intelligence, defence technology and how to build a business is at the centre of this year’s Waterloo Tech Week. Waterloo Tech Week and Hack the North are bringing together students, founders, investors, engineers and technology leaders for more than a week of events across Waterloo Region. “Organized by the student team behind Hack the North and supported by the non-profit Techyon, Waterloo Tech Week runs from Sept.
