Isolated showers and thunderstorms are moving into San Antonio, bringing slight rain chances to South Central Texas, according to National Weather Service (NWS) radar. Forecast maps show Alamo City will have a 15% chance of rain in the afternoon and evening on Monday, September 21, though rain chances and timing will vary across the metro. The San Antonio International Airport is reporting a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. before returning later on Tuesday night, according to the 7-Day Forecast map. West of Bexar County, near the Castroville Municipal Airport (KCVB), conditions also show a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms after arriving at 1 p.m. today, with a calm wind kicking up in the afternoon.
