The 20-year-old’s arraignment is set for Oct. 14. The Bulwark wasn’t able to access additional records on the case, but the timeline appears to match a civil lawsuit filed in April against the streamer in Florida. CBS 4 Miami previously reported that 18-year-old Alorah Ziva, whose real name is Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, accused Peters of battery, fraud and sexual misconduct, according to the complaint. She alleged the influencer injected her with Aqualyx, a fat-dissolving substance not approved by the FDA, during a livestream in 2025 without her consent.
