Picatinny CLIK is Armaments Center’s design standard that enables plug-and-play integration of modular lethal payloads on unmanned systems (UxS), including small drones. Developed to reduce the complexity of integrating lethal payloads with unmanned platforms, Picatinny CLIK establishes a unified architecture for attachment, power, communication and safety-critical commands. By standardizing physical and electronic interface requirements across platforms and payloads, the system enables Soldiers to move, mix, and match different lethal payloads across multiple drones.
The PC‑C6 is the Army’s premier large‑scale experimentation event, bringing together the Army, joint forces, and international partners to integrate Soldiers, emerging technologies, and advanced equipment in fast‑paced, contested environments. Picatinny CLIK directly supports the Department of War’s goals of rapid adaptation and drone dominance, and Armaments Center is working hand in hand with industry partners to adopt the interface. Several industry partners received the chance to interface with Picatinny CLIK during its demonstration at Fort Irwin near Barstow, Calif. Members of the 4th
