Cebu [Philippines]: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh held bilateral talks with South Korean Minister of National Defence Kang Shin-chul on the sidelines of the 13th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting-Plus (ADMM-Plus) in Cebu, Philippines.
