Breaking Travel News has been nominated at the ANTOR Travel Media Awards 2026, as the Association of National Tourist Offices and Representatives celebrates its landmark 75th anniversary. UK travel media as the Association of National Tourist Offices and Representatives celebrates its landmark 75th anniversary. Breaking Travel News (BTN) is celebrating another important industry recognition after being named among the nominees for the ANTOR Travel Media Awards 2026. The annual awards recognise travel journalism and publishing and the contribution the media makes to bringing destinations, cultures and travel experiences to audiences in the UK. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London, on 22 September 2026, hosted by ANTOR Chair Manuel Butler of the Spanish Tourist Office.  The nomination comes during an especially significant year for ANTOR, which is celebrating 75 years of representing destinations and championing international tourism.

The Association of National Tourist Offices and Representatives (ANTOR) was established in the UK in 1951 and has grown into the country’s principal organisation representing national and regional tourist offices from around the world. It operates as a voluntary, non-political association run by an elected board of members and a secretariat.  ANTOR’s stated purpose is to promote safe, ethical, sustainable and inspirational global travel, while providing a platform through which destinations can exchange
