Allegheny County 911 was notified of the crash near the intersection of Bettis Road and Pittsburgh McKeesport Boulevard at around 6:31 a.m.

First responders found a male, whose age is unknown, conscious but not alert. He was taken to a hospital and listed in stable condition. Allegheny County Police are investigating.
