Located across from the Soldier Support Center at 41833 Normandy Dr., the venue reimagines traditional military food service by replacing standard cafeteria-style lines with an interactive, college-style dining experience. Managed in partnership with Compass Group USA, Inc., the facility offers extended, continuous operating hours, digital ordering kiosks, locally sourced menus, and performance-focused nutrition aligned with the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) system.

The Fort Bragg opening represents the fourth operational launch under the Army’s initial five-installation CSDV pilot, following successful openings at Fort Hood, Texas; Fort Carson, Colorado; and Fort Drum, New York. Addressing an audience of distinguished visitors, Gold Star families, Soldiers and Paratroopers, Lt. Gen. Gavin A. Lawrence, deputy commanding general and acting commander of U.S. Army Materiel Command, framed the opening not merely as the debut of a dining facility, but as a cultural shift in how the military fuels its force. “Today is much more than the opening of a new dining facility,” Lawrence said. “Rally Point Bistro
