Pfc. Kallon Curiel, 20, was convicted of a single violation of indecent recording under Article 120c of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Pfc. Kallon Curiel, 20, was convicted of a single violation of indecent recording under Article 120c of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

He was sentenced to 24 months of confinement, reduction in rank to E-1 and a bad conduct discharge from the Army. Curiel is a multiple launch rocket system crew member assigned to the 1st Battalion, 94th Field Artillery, 17th Field Artillery Brigade. He was acquitted of four specifications of sexual assault, four specifications of abusive sexual contact and four specifications of being a principal to sexual assault in violation of Article 120 of the UCMJ. Curiel will begin his prison sentence at the Northwestern Joint Regional Correctional Facility, a medium-security center, at JBLM. Upon release from
