A man, who was taken to the hospital by a medic, told police he was at a bar in that area when a disturbance broke out among patrons. The man said he left the bar and was walking near Stiles and Wilton streets when an unknown man produced a gun and shot at him. | KYW Newsradio PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Three people were injured in separate West Philadelphia shootings about a mile apart. The first shooting happened just after 11:40 p.m. Saturday near 52nd and Stiles streets. A man, who was taken to the hospital by a medic, told police he was at a bar in that area when a disturbance broke out among patrons.

The man said he left the bar and was walking near Stiles and Wilton streets when an unknown man produced a gun and shot at him. He was hit once in the left calf and is in stable condition. Police said the suspect was last seen wearing a black hooded puffer jacket before he fled on Stiles toward 53rd Street. When officers got to a house, which authorities said was acting as a speakeasy on 58th Street, just off Arch Street, they found a man and woman inside, both shot.
