Man shot in southeast Atlanta neighborhood, ‘possible barricaded suspect’ inside home, police say  Atlanta News First

Police said a man was shot on the 900 block of Hank Aaron Drive SE. The victim was alert, conscious and breathing. ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Police are responding to a “possible barricaded suspect” after a shooting in southeast Atlanta on Wednesday night. Police said “there is a possible barricaded suspect” inside a home on the block.

About a dozen police vehicles have responded. An Atlanta News First crew heard officers ordering someone inside the home to come out with their hands up. This is a developing story. Check back with Atlanta News First for updates.
