HOUSTON – Federal and local law enforcement agencies were at a home on Houston’s north side to serve a warrant Monday. The home is located in the 13000 block of Ella View Lane. Both agents from FBI – Houston and officers with the Houston Police Department responded to the scene. Details about the operation are limited. The FBI says the operation was for court authorized law enforcement activity. HPD confirmed the operation is related to a warrant. Surveillance video captured dozens of gunshots ringing out in the North Houston neighborhood just steps from homes where children live.
Neighbors say they are frightened after finding shell casings near their driveways. The footage shows a man in a dark color hooded jacket jogging through the area before the gunfire erupts. After dozens of shots ring out, a man in a red shirt is seen running and firing a weapon, with two other men running behind him. The man in the red shirt then passes through again, with the man in the dark jacket behind him, also holding a gun. A second cell phone video captured another angle, showing the man in the jacket running behind the man in the red shirt. One anonymous
