Graham makes final remarks in Ukraine a day before this death

Sen. Lindsey Graham met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and made public remarks during a trip to Kyiv just one day before his death. Graham said he was focused on advancing legislation aimed at imposing sanctions on Russian oil.
