Bessent meets with Chinese counterpart ahead of Trump-Xi summit

Washington — Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent met with Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng on Sunday, ahead of the planned summit between President Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping this week.
