A body was found inside a home where Omaha Fire Department crews were responding to a house fire. OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A body was found inside a home where Omaha Fire Department crews were responding to a house fire. Crews responded to the scene of the fire near 97th and Maple just before 11 a.m. Monday morning. At the scene, fire officials told First Alert 6 that crews found smoke coming from the back of the home, and they were able to have the fire under control within 15 minutes.
