Colorado family of 4 among those killed in Florida plane crash The Denver Post
The crash killed Adam Robinson, his wife, Helen Sharp, and their children, 4-year-old Emma and 2-year-old Charlie, when the Learjet traveling from Austin, Texas, to the Bahamas on Sunday crashed and exploded near West Palm Beach, according to a statement from the families of the seven passengers. A technology entrepreneur and his family who had moved to Colorado earlier this year were among the nine people killed when a small jet crashed and exploded in South Florida, family members said. The family’s nanny, Ana María Ramírez Cetina, was also killed. Nathalia Gadelha Filgueiras, 20, was the copilot flying the plane, her mother Camila Corteleti told the New York Post and New York Times.
Filgueiras earned her license in 2023 when she was a 17-year-old senior at West Boca Raton Community High School, according to local news reports at the time. The plane’s captain, Jeff Gregory, 55, lived in the Philadelphia suburbs. He was a longtime aviator, husband, father and devout Christian. As the plane plunged, a man’s voice could be heard reciting the Lord’s Prayer in the background of the co-pilot’s final radio transmissions to air traffic control. Friends are convinced it was Gregory. Two more victims were identified as Rachael Reed and Charmi Fehr. “Our hearts are also with the families of the pilots, who are grieving alongside us,”
