ROCKAWAY, N.J. – Morris Knolls High School hosted a Military Appreciation Night during its varsity football game on Friday, Sept. 18, bringing together… ROCKAWAY, N.J. – Morris Knolls High School hosted a Military Appreciation Night during its varsity football game on Friday, Sept. 18, bringing together students, families, community members and local military representatives to recognize the service and contributions of the nation’s military personnel. Prior to kickoff, the Morris Knolls ‘Golden Eagles’ ran on to the field carrying the nation’s colors and flags representing each brand of the U.S. Armed Forces, followed by the singing of the national anthem, a moment of silence, and honors to all military Veterans in attendance.
