country musician accused of having child sexual abuse videos on his phone, SAPD says The arrest followed an investigation that began after Juarez was arrested in June on suspicion of trespassing on a former neighbor’s property, according to information provided to KSAT. That case involved allegations that Juarez recorded a young woman through her bedroom window. The woman, who is in her 20s, is the daughter of Flo Reyes, Juarez’s former neighbor. Reyes said she has multiple recordings showing a man looking through the bedroom window on separate nights. “It’s infuriating how comfortable he is up there,” Reyes said while reviewing the footage.
