Scars and Stripes to hold Veteran Stand Down event Oct. 2-3  Hot Springs Sentinel Record

Scars and Stripes, a local veteran services organization, will be holding an event for homeless veterans on Oct. 2-3 at the Hot Springs Community Resource Center, 109 Hobson Ave. Veteran Stand Down, which is funded by a noncompetitive grant from the U.S.
