There were reports of gunfire at about 4:45 a.m. Video shot exclusively by ABC7 shows police taking the man into custody. "Didn't realize it was right underneath the windows," tourist Diana Crews said. She was sleeping in a nearby hotel room when the gunfire woke her. "I heard about half a dozen shots in quick succession, and then a little pause, and then a single shot," she said.
