Warner Chappell COO and Co-Chair Carianne Marshall to Depart

Carianne Marshall, the co-chair and COO of music publisher Warner Chappell, will step down from her role at the end of the month, the company said. Guy Moot, the publisher's CEO, will become Warner Chappell's sole chairman, the company said Monday. Warner Chappell Music co-chair and chief operating officer Carianne Marshall is exiting her role at the company at the end of the month, the music publisher announced on Monday, a major shift ending Marshall’s seven-year leadership tenure at the company. With Marshall’s departure, Guy Moot, the other co-chair and Warner Chappell’s CEO, will become the publisher’s sole chairman. Marshall will stay at the company through the end of the calendar year to assist the transitionary period, Warner said.
