Webzen (CEO Taeyoung Kim) announced that it will set up a demo zone at G-Star for Tyrant of the Defense Game: LAST STAGE (hereafter Tyrant of the Defense Game: LAST STAGE), a tactical command RPG being developed through its subsidiary studio Webzen Crevix (CEO Donghyun Kim) based on Naver Webtoon's popular IP I Became the Tyrant of a Defense Game.

Tyrant of the Defense Game: LAST STAGE seeks visual differentiation from existing games by combining 3D background environments built with Unreal Engine 5 and diorama pixel art characters crafted by hand, pixel by pixel. While following the foundation of the original webnovel and webtoon, the game expands its worldview by adding new narrative elements, including character relationship trees and various side stories. Webzen is currently polishing the overall game quality with a target official launch in 2027.
