STARKE, FL – The future of military operations is increasingly defined by the ability to see, understand and act faster with greater precision. During Drone Crucible 26.3 at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center, Florida, Sept. 26 – Oct. 2, the Florida National Guard (FLNG) put that principle into practice by integrating unmanned aircraft systems, communications technology and situational awareness integration capabilities to give commanders a more complete picture of the battlefield. Florida Guardsmen with the 3/20th SFG, 53rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, and Airmen from the 125th Fighter Wing Explosive Ordnance Disposal Flight participated in the crucible alongside personnel from the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Navy.
