Crash leaves woman dead in rural Grundy County, Illinois  CBS News

A woman was killed in a crash in rural Grundy County, Illinois, on Wednesday morning.The crash happened around 8:45 a.m. at the intersection of Gardner and Johnny Run roads, an unincorporated agricultural area lined with wind farms near the village of Kinsman.The Grundy County Coroner's office said Rosemary Bolding, 30, of Huntley, was driving north on Johnny Run Road when she failed to stop for the stop sign at Gardner Road.Bolding's car was hit by an eastbound vehicle in the intersection, and was sent into a front yard to the northeast where it struck the corner of a house.Video from the scene showed Bolding's blue car against the house, which appeared to be damaged.Bolding was pronounced dead at the scene.The Grundy County Sheriff's Department was investigating the crash.
