AL 3B Caminero hit by pitch, exits in 3rd inning

In the third inning of Tuesday’s All-Star Game, Cardinals reliever Riley O’Brien hit Rays third baseman Junior Caminero on the left hand with a 97.6 mph sinker. Though the 23-year-old star went right into the AL clubhouse, X-rays came back negative.
