Former NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez is set to plead guilty in connection with an altercation with a truck driver in Indianapolis last year that led to him being stabbed, online court records show. It is unclear what the ex-Fox Sports broadcaster plans to plead guilty to. He was charged with felony battery in connection with the October 2025 incident, which left him and the truck driver — Perry Tole — hospitalized. He was also charged with battery resulting in bodily injury, unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and public intoxication — all misdemeanors. The Marion County Prosecutor's Office spokesperson did not release any additional information. "Our priority remains securing justice for Mr. Tole," the spokesperson said.
