Ravenswood residents begin cleanup after devastating floods left homes under five feet of water. See how families are recovering. INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Recovery is underway in Ravenswood as residents clean up after a devastating flood. In other parts of the neighborhood, flood waters remain. “Right now I’m trying to be strong,” said Anabel Zamora, a single mom who has lived in a three bedroom home with her wo teenage children for a little more than a year. “I don’t want to think about it too much just focus on what I need to do.” About five to seven inches of water blanket a portion of 75th Street. “I pretty much lost everything,” she said. “I think the difference is I work hard for everything for the house, for personal stuff to provide a home for my kids and then its gone.
