The workshop will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Oct. 1, (veterans are welcome at 10 a.m.) at Illinois Department of Employment Security: 107 N.

Third St. Future career workshops will be held on Nov. 5 and Dec. 3. The workshop offers career counseling, instructions on building a state profile, reading a job bulletin and interview tips.
