Pontoon Boat Capsizes Near Alcatraz: 1 Dead, 3 Missing

Crews are racing to find at least three people still missing after a boat suddenly capsized near Alcatraz Island. Tough weather conditions on the bay are making the rescue attempt even more challenging. NBC’s Liz Kreutz reports for TODAY.
