The status of wildfire smoke as it begins to down eastern U.S.

More than 100 million people across the northern half of the U.S. are under air quality alerts because of widespread wildfires in Canada and Minnesota. Heavy rain and extreme heat are also expected. CBS News national investigative correspondent Tom Hanson reports.
