Trump says he'll appeal to Supreme Court after judges block White House ballroom construction

An appeals court on Friday barred President Trump from building a White House ballroom without congressional approval. Mr. Trump now says he’ll take the case to the Supreme Court. CBS News senior White House and political correspondent Ed O’Keefe reports.
