You’re Invited to Eater Off Menu 2026

We’re excited to invite you to Eater Off Menu, a night dedicated to tasting what’s trending and what’s next in food and drink at our biggest Los Angeles event ever. From the current British food invasion and steakhouse boom to Korean salt bread, tinned vegetables, attention-grabbing pancakes, and loaded spice bags, the event translates Eater’s tastemaking, trendspotting, and reporting into an unforgettable, had-to-be-there night of bites and experiences from the biggest names in dining.

Now in its second year, Off Menu brings together the chefs, restaurants, and bars at the forefront of the culinary conversation. Guests can expect:

  • Steak house riffs from James Beard Award winner Dave Beran and team at Pasjoli
  • Mariscos from the always swarmed, Michelin-loved Holbox
  • Punch-approved cocktails from Thunderbolt and Night on Earth
  • The longest sheet cake you’ve ever seen from Hannah Ziskin of Quarter Sheets
  • A one-night-only Caribbean creation from chef Gregory Gourdet of Portland’s Kann
  • Internet-famous ricotta pancakes from Café Telegrama
  • British revival dishes from New York’s pub-inspired hotspot Dean’s
  • Plus many more big names, exclusive dishes, and special surprises

Off Menu takes place at the century-old, iconic Tam O’Shanter restaurant, where guests will get the chance to explore the storied landmark’s meandering rooms and patios like never before, with hidden surprises behind every corner. In the garden and atrium, Cathay Pacific will present a gateway to Asia where guests will enjoy yakitori from Sumibiyakitori Kidori, Peking duck from Ji Rong, and flutes of champagne.

It all goes down on Saturday, September 19, at 6 p.m. in the legendary Tam O’Shanter. Tickets start at $125 and include access to all of the dishes and drinks.

Vox Media will contribute 100% of the net proceeds of all tickets sold on events.voxmedia.com/eateroffmenu2026 for the Eater Off Menu event being held in Los Angeles on September 19, 2026, to World Central Kitchen. World Central Kitchen is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides fresh meals in response to humanitarian, climate, and community crises.
