3 People, Dog Displaced By San Francisco House Fire  Patch

The fire was burning in the third story of the three-story house. SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Three residents in San Francisco's Noe Valley neighborhood were displaced Sunday morning after a fire broke out on the top floor of a multi-level house. One person suffered minor injuries in the fire, which was reported at about 9 a.m. in a residence at the intersection of Noe and Laidley streets, according to the San Francisco Fire Department.

The fire was burning in the third story of the three-story house. Firefighters contained the flames within about 30 minutes. The residents self-evacuated before firefighters arrived. They declined assistance from the American Red Cross for themselves and a dog that was also displaced.
