The Steady State, an organization of more than 420 former national security, intelligence, diplomatic, military, law enforcement and homeland security officials, has endorsed Ray Bilger for Pennsylvania's 15th Congressional District. Bilger, a Democrat who is challenging incumbent U.S. Rep. Glenn "GT" Thompson in the Nov. 3 election, is a retired U.S. Air Force intelligence expert.
