The Pentagon money shuffle hasn’t (really) begun  punchbowl.news

The Pentagon is developing a contingency plan if Congress isn't able to pass its $1.5 trillion budget request. The Pentagon is seemingly starting to acknowledge political reality when it comes to its $1.5 trillion budget request. But Capitol Hill hasn’t seen any signs yet that defense leaders are seriously preparing for what happens if a quarter of that funding doesn’t materialize.
