80-Year-Old Woman With Cognitive Impairment Missing In Long Beach  Patch

Yanlin Gao, 80, who authorities say has cognitive impairment, was last seen Sunday afternoon on Los Coyotes Diagonal in Long Beach. LONG BEACH, CA — Authorities are asking for the public's help finding an 80-year-old woman with cognitive impairment who was last seen Sunday afternoon in Long Beach. Yanlin Gao was last seen at about 2:30 p.m. in the 4600 block of Los Coyotes Diagonal, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Gao is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants and black shoes and carrying a black backpack.

Authorities said Gao has cognitive impairment, and her family is concerned for her well-being, according to a City News Service report published by MyNewsLA. Anyone who has seen Gao or has information about her whereabouts was asked to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500.
